Refund Policy

Refund, replacement, and cancellation terms for EkoScrib orders.

Overview

At EkoScrib, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you receive an item that is physically damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement under the terms below.

Eligibility

  • Refund or replacement requests must be made within 48 working hours from delivery of the order.
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with the purchase invoice issued at the time of sale.
  • Customized or engraved items cannot be refunded unless proven defective upon delivery.

Process for Refunds

  • Share clear images of the damaged or defective product at inquiry@ekoscrib.com.
  • After our team confirms the damage, refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method. Banks or card issuers may require additional time.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, valid bank account, payment card, or third-party wallet details must be provided.
  • Shipping fees for non-defective returns are borne by the customer.
  • If an order includes multiple items, partial refunds may be possible. Special promotional offers or schemes may have special refund rules.

Process for Replacements

  • Share clear images of the damaged or defective product at inquiry@ekoscrib.com.
  • After our team confirms the damage, free replacements will be processed within 14 working days according to the customization previously selected by the user.
  • Shipping fees for non-defective replacements are borne by the customer.
  • If an order includes multiple items, partial replacement may be possible. Special promotional offers or schemes may have special replacement rules.

Cancellation
