REFUND POLICY
At EkoScrib, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you receive an item that is physically damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement under the following terms:
ELIGIBILITY
(i) Requests for refund or replacement must be made within 48 working hours from the time of delivery of the order.
(ii) Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging, along with the purchase invoice, issued at the time of sale of the product.
(iii) Customized or engraved items cannot be refunded unless proven defective upon delivery.
PROCESS FOR REFUNDS
(i) Share clear images of the damaged/defective product with us at inquiry@ekoscrib.com.
(ii) Upon confirmation of the damage by our team, refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method; bank or card issuers may require additional time for completion.
(iii) For Cash on Delivery orders, a valid bank account, payment card, or third-party wallet details must be provided.
(iv) Please note: Shipping fees for non-defective returns are borne by the customer.
(v) If your order includes multiple items, partial refund of the required items is also possible. If purchase of the Product is made under a special promotional offer or any special scheme, special rules shall apply for refunds.
PROCESS FOR REPLACEMENTS
(i) Share clear images of the damaged/defective product with us at inquiry@ekoscrib.com.
(ii)Upon confirmation of the damage by our team, free of cost replacements will be processed within 14 working days, as per the customization previously selected by the User.
(iii) Please note: Shipping fees for non-defective replacements are to be borne by the customer.
(iv) If your order includes multiple items, partial replacement of the required items is also possible. If purchase of the Product is made under a special promotional offer or any special scheme, special rules shall apply for replacement.

CANCELLATION
No cancellations are entertained once an order is placed.
